We help you weigh your system’s age, condition, repair needs, and warranty coverage alongside the cost of replacement. HVAC Inspections & Evaluations

Whether you’re buying or selling a home, experiencing uneven comfort, or planning for the future, understanding your HVAC system is a good place to start. Our in-home inspections and evaluations help you understand your equipment’s condition, performance, and any concerns that deserve attention. We explain what we find, why it matters, and your available options so you can make informed decisions at your own pace, without pressure.

In-Person HVAC System Assessment

Understand your system’s current condition before deciding what comes next. For $100 per system, a TLC technician inspects your equipment, explains the findings, and helps you understand your options without pressure.

The assessment includes:

  • Evaporator coil condition.
  • Condenser coil condition.
  • Condenser motor readings.
  • Blower motor readings.
  • Temperature difference between return and supply air (Delta T).
  • Electrical connections.
  • A check for obvious ductwork issues.

Your assessment includes a $500 credit toward HVAC system replacement, valid for one year from the assessment date.

The assessment costs $100 for each system evaluated. There are no equipment-age or other eligibility restrictions.
